Clive Ansley
Mr.
Ansley speaks and reads Chinese. He holds both undergraduate and
graduate degrees in Chinese Studies from the University of British
Columbia. He also holds an L.L.B degree from the University of Windsor
and an L.L.M. degree from the University of London.
As
a former professor of Chinese History, Civilization, and Law, Mr.
Ansley taught at the University of Windsor, the University of British
Columbia, the Law Faculty of Shanghai’s Fudan University, and the
Law Faculty of Shanghai’s Jiaotong University, Mr. Ansley is familiar
with both Canadian law and Chinese law. Practising since 1983, Mr.
Ansley has handled many criminal litigation cases in Canada, and
over 300 litigation cases in China.
